How does the treatment work?

The vein treatment takes approximately 30 minutes. Within this 30 minute slot we will treat as many spider veins as we can. The vein treatment is done with our GentleMAX laser.

What will the area look like after my treatment?

 The GentleMAX laser produces short, adjustable pulses at a wide range of vessel diameters at various skin depths. The adjustments minimize the risk of the purplish bruising that is a side effect of some lasers. In most cases, the treatment area will mimic cat scratches that may last for 30 to 60 minutes after treatment.

Will it hurt?

Discomfort is minimized due to the unique ability of the GentleMax Laser. There are no incisions or injections involved in the laser treatment.

How many treatments will I need?

Most patients need anywhere from one to three 30 minute sessions.

How long will I need to wait in between treatments?

Sessions are usually spaced four to six weeks apart.
