Thank you for purchasing the Groupon from Cosmetic Laser Center!

When purchasing this Groupon you are able to either purchase

ONE Microdermabrasion for $45.00 or you can purchase THREE Microdermabrasions for $120.00.

One Microdermabrasion is regularly $132.

When calling in to make your appointment please have your Groupon number with you, this is the number/letters that are on the right hand corner of the Groupon.

The Microdermabrasion that you have purchased will include a short consultation and your treatment, we will not perform any treatments without doing this consultation first.

Before your first treament you will HAVE to fill out our New Patient Paperwork. You can either bring in a copy of this at the time of your appointment or you can email it to us at info@cosmeticlasercenter.org. CURRENT PATIENTS DO NOT HAVE TO FILL OUT PAPERWORK. You also MUST bring in a HARDCOPY of your Groupon. This is your form of payment and we will not treat you unless we have it.

You are not able to have make-up on before your treatment, so please try arriving to your appointment with a clean face.
